- Identified the target hospital as a potential acquisition target
- Conducted Detailed Due Diligence (Financial, Legal, Medical, Civil & Structural) and was involved with the finalization of Enterprise Valuation and successful acquisition of the hospital
- Involved as Managing Director and CEO in designing medical programmes and alignment with the doctors and Key Management Personnel in deploying a turnaround plan
- Efforts ensured that the hospital which was significantly bleeding became EBDITA positive within a matter of three years and had become one of the leading destinations of health care for patients in the region
