About us: From practice to teaching

We have over 25 years of experience managing and advising hospitals and clinics. In this business, it is crucial to explain the background, goals, and processes involved in organizational and procedural changes transparently to teams and partners. Only then is there a chance that everyone will support the changes. Live seminars, workshops, webinars, and video-based training courses have therefore always been an integral part of our management and consulting activities. Our Hannover-Medical.Management project is thus – more or less – an accidental product of the numerous seminars we have conducted over the past decades, particularly for doctors, nurses, and hospital managers.

We were often astonished by the great need for basic management knowledge, even among upper management in hospitals. All the more we are delighted when participants tell us how our content has improved their professional lives and the positive effects they have achieved in their clinical work. At the same time, we have learned a great deal about hospital management from our participants in our numerous mandates.

With our Hannover Medical Management online courses, we aim to share this practical knowledge with as many doctors, nurses, and hospital managers as possible. Due to the positive feedback we have received on our seminars, we have decided to structure our online courses similarly. Rather than dry textbook lectures, our courses offer practical recommendations that you can implement in your clinic already as of tomorrow.
